Lemonade Popsicle
May 13, 2017I never thought Buffalo chicken could so easy to make but still taste amazing. This simple recipe came from our friends kitchen so I can’t take any credit. Make a bunch, store it all week and feed your hunger.

Buffalo Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 coating Cayanne Pepper
- 1 coating Salt
- 1 coating Black Pepper
- 3 breasts Boneless Chicken Breast
- 1/3 bottle Franks RedHot Wing Sauce Buffalo Style
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken
- Coat the Chicken with the Salt, Black Pepper and Cayenne Pepper.

- Wrap the plate with food wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Fry in a frying pan about 6 minutes each side until cooked through.

Spice Thing Up
- Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces
- Place the chicken in a large bowl with a lid.
- Smother in Franks Franks RedHot Wing Sauce.
- Place the lid in the bowl and shake until the Chicken is covered in Franks RedHot Wing Sauce.
Create a Salad
- This Buffalo Chicken makes for a great salad. just mix up you favorite salad ingredients, add the chicken and then poor on some Blue Cheese dressing.
