Instructions
Prepare the Chicken
Coat the Chicken with the Salt, Black Pepper and Cayenne Pepper.
Wrap the plate with food wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Fry in a frying pan about 6 minutes each side until cooked through.
Spice Thing Up
Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces
Place the chicken in a large bowl with a lid.
Smother in Franks Franks RedHot Wing Sauce.
Place the lid in the bowl and shake until the Chicken is covered in Franks RedHot Wing Sauce.
Create a Salad
This Buffalo Chicken makes for a great salad. just mix up you favorite salad ingredients, add the chicken and then poor on some Blue Cheese dressing.
